Our story

HassanPlas started in the late 1990s in Lahore, Pakistan, as a small plastic packaging operation supplying PET bottles to local water and beverage producers. As demand grew, so did our knowledge of plastic processing equipment — what made one machine reliable and another a money pit, which Chinese manufacturers stood by their warranty, and which spare parts arrived in two weeks versus two months.

By 2010, we had a dedicated presence in Taizhou, China — the world's capital for plastic machinery and tooling — auditing factories, negotiating contracts, and managing shipments back to clients in Pakistan and the broader region. Today, HassanPlas operates as a full-service machinery import partner under the brand @hassanplas on social media and hassanplasinternational.com online.

We do one thing well: get plastic machinery from Chinese factories to your facility, anywhere in the world, with zero hassle for you. That includes:

• Verifying suppliers via in-person factory visits in China
• Negotiating contracts, deposits, and warranty terms
• Managing sea or air freight from any major Chinese port
• Customs clearance — especially in Pakistan under CPFTA preferential duty

Why dual offices matter

Most plastic machinery brokers operate from a single country — usually the buyer's side, occasionally the seller's. HassanPlas has team members in both. That matters because:

• Our Chinese-side staff visit the factory, inspect machines pre-shipment, and resolve issues in person
• Our Pakistan-side staff handle customs, inland logistics, and on-the-ground commissioning
• Bilingual communication (Urdu, English, Mandarin) eliminates translation friction during negotiation
• Local time zones — we're always reachable on at least one side
