Robotic preform loading — suction-cup manipulator picks preforms straight off the conveyor for fully automatic feed-to-blow flow.
Far-infrared ruby heating lamps — fast, even pre-heat with individually adjustable lamp zones to tune temperature by preform section.
High-pressure servo clamping — flash-free, tight mould close with quick-change mould shells and back-plate positioning for minutes-fast changeovers.
Imported pneumatics — Parker / FESTO / SMC air components with low-pressure air recovery and individually adjustable stretch rods.
PLC servo control — German & Japanese electrical components, multi-language touch screen and WiFi remote diagnostics.
Photoelectric safety protection on preform position and clamp travel.

Bottle range, 0.65 L to 20 L

Two mould-pitch platforms — 76.2 mm and 114.3 mm centre distance — cover small water and beverage bottles, while the dedicated 5 L / 10 L / 20 L line handles large water dispenser bottles and industrial containers.

Output is indicative and depends on bottle weight, neck finish and ambient conditions. Bottle size flexibility depends on mould tooling — HassanPlas supplies matched preform moulds and blow moulds, separately or bundled with the machine.
