Stripper-ring moulds are the simplest and fastest for caps with shallow, flexible threads such as many water caps. Unscrewing moulds are needed for deep or rigid threads. Collapsible cores suit internal undercuts. We recommend the design after reviewing your cap drawing.
Yes. Send us the bottle neck (or a sample bottle and cap). We match the thread, sealing and tamper band so the cap seals properly on your capping line.
It depends on cap size and machine tonnage, from a few cavities for large or complex closures up to high-cavitation moulds for small water caps. We size the mould together with the injection moulding machine.
