Armless and arm chairs, stackable stools and garden tables, with strong ribbing and stackable geometry.
Fruit, vegetable, bottle and bread crates, and storage boxes with lids and clip handles.
Thin-wall containers, lunch boxes, airtight jars and disposable food packaging.
Pedal and swing-lid bins, mugs, soap dishes and bathroom sets.
Colanders, trays, cutlery holders, and clothes hangers in multi-cavity moulds.
HassanPlas matches each mould to a servo energy-saving injection moulding machine of the right tonnage, and adds auxiliaries (chiller, dryer, loader, colour doser, crusher and robot arm). You get a working production cell, not a pile of parts.
Yes. Send the product or clear photos with key dimensions. We reverse-engineer a 3D model, confirm the design with you, then build the mould.
It depends on the part's projected area and weight. Small kitchenware may need under 200 tonnes, buckets and basins typically 250–650 tonnes, and chairs, tables and large crates more. We match the mould to an injection moulding machine and can supply both.
Colour is changed with masterbatch, not the mould. Several sizes can sometimes share a mould base with interchangeable inserts, which lowers the cost of a product family.
Yes. Bucket handles and lids can be tooled as separate moulds, and buckets and containers can be designed for in-mould labelling (IML).
