Automatic extrusion blow moulding (EBM) machines for HDPE and PP bottles, jerry cans and containers from 0.1 ml to 60 L. Accumulator-head machines make 20 L to 500 L drums, water tanks and large technical parts, and bigger machines for IBC tanks are built to order. Single- to six-layer options are available, and HassanPlas supplies every machine with moulds, die heads and auxiliaries.

The standard machine for everyday hollow plastic products from 0.1 ml to 30 L, with models up to 60 L. Several clamping structures are available, so each product gets the best-suited machine.

A high-tech, servo energy-saving accumulator machine. Melt is stored in the die head and pushed out in one fast stroke for big, heavy parts: chemical drums, IBC tanks, toolboxes, kids' toys, chairs, car parts and pallets. An advanced parison controller keeps wall thickness even.

A dedicated co-extrusion machine for agrochemical and pesticide bottles, where a multi-layer wall gives the barrier and chemical resistance the product needs.

For 1–12 L fuel, lube-oil and detergent bottles. The streamlined die head has no dead angles in the flow channel, for a clean surface and fast colour change. View-stripe, hybrid drive, conveyor, in-mould labelling, leak tester and robot arm are optional, up to a fully automatic line.
Small, light and fast. Clean, oil-free running and low power use, well suited to small bottles in food, personal care and pharma.
Standard hydraulics with a three-platen design. Stable running, generous mould space and an economical price that is easy to operate.
An advanced toggle-arm clamp gives stronger, more uniform clamping force and a neat parting line, across the full 0.1 ml–30 L range.
A pure electric drive with toggle clamping. High speed, energy saving, low noise and oil-free.
Options across the range: electric mould shifting, servo oil pump, parison wall-thickness controller and transparent view-stripe line. Parameters are adjusted to suit each option.
Standard continuous-extrusion machines. The model name is the largest typical container size. Scroll the table sideways on mobile.

Die heads are designed in 3D software for special materials and multi-layer products:

Main electrical and pneumatic components come from international brands, including Moog (parison control), Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider and Delta (control and drives), Yuken and Rexroth (hydraulics), Festo, SMC and AirTAC (pneumatics), Gefran (sensors) and Hiwin (linear guides). The exact list depends on the model and options in your quotation.
High-pressure piston or screw air compressor, air dryer, air filter, air receiver tank and industrial water chiller.
Automatic feeder, vertical colour mixer, plastics dryer, and a crusher (pulveriser) to recycle flash and tails.
Deflashing, take-out conveyor, robot arm, in-mould labelling machine and bottle leakage detector.
Extrusion blow moulding makes hollow HDPE and PP products. That includes shampoo, detergent, lube-oil and pesticide bottles, jerry cans, 20–220 L drums, IBC inner tanks and water tanks. It also makes large technical parts such as pallets, toolboxes, car parts, road barriers and playground slides.
A continuous-extrusion machine extrudes the parison non-stop and suits bottles and containers up to about 30–60 L. An accumulator-head (storage cylinder) machine stores melt and pushes out a large, heavy parison in one fast stroke. That is what drums, IBC tanks and other big parts from 20 L up to 500 L and beyond need.
Yes. Die heads come in single-layer, double-layer, double-layer with transparent view stripe, and three-layer designs. The accumulator range can be customised for 1–6 layer products, which are used for barrier pesticide bottles and recycled-core containers.
Depending on bottle size, die heads come with 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 cavities. Small bottles run on multi-cavity heads, and large containers run single or double cavity.
Main electrical and pneumatic parts use international brands such as Moog, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Festo, SMC, Gefran, Delta, Yuken, AirTAC, Rexroth, Schneider and Hiwin, depending on configuration.
